Returns & Exchanges
Can return or exchange merchandise I’ve purchased online?
It is our goal to make you a lifetime customer. To achieve this, the answer is simple. Do the right thing.
We will gladly exchange or credit you for new merchandise returned to us accompanied by a receipt, the tags and original packaging (boot boxes, hat boxes etc.) Worn Merchandise that becomes defective will be replaced or credited. Due to the fact that many clothing items are seasonal we ask that you make exchanges as quickly as possible. No credit will be given for worn out or abused merchandise.
How are orders shipped?
All orders will be shipped UPS ground. If you need express shipping please give us a call and we will give you a quote. All orders going to the US armed forces will ship USPS.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped the day after we receive them. If your order is being shipped from the factory or backordered you will receive email confirmation of the approximate delivery date the following day.
